Process of Quarterly TDS Return Filing Services Delhi

What Is TDS?

TDS, or Tax Deducted at Source, is a tax withholding mechanism employed by the government in business and trade transactions when payments exceed predefined limits. TDS deduction is generally seen in salary disbursements and other service payments like rent. If the payment amount exceeds the specified limit, TDS should be deducted.

TDS returns must be submitted to the Income Tax Department of India, and failure to do so may result in fines and legal action against the firm owner. It is mandatory to file a TDS return before the specified due date.
